Recently purchased a CX-3 for my mother, Whetu from Mazda Liverpool went above and beyond to make sure that the whole experience was very special for my mum as it was her first ever new car! He was very friendly, patient and made my mum feel very important and gave her an experience to remember, she still can't wipe the smile off her face and loves driving around in her new car!

The team at Liverpool Mazda treated me like I was the only person there, even though the showroom was packed with people. I decided after visiting several dealerships to buy my new car with them. Chris, Daymon and Firas all took great care in making sure I got the best deal and all my needs were met. This was the first time I have purchased a "new" car, and the process had me hesitant, but I felt at ease the whole time.
I bought a new Mazda 2 at Liverpool Mazda, the process was long; I came to have quick chat with a sales person, then I went to the dealership again 1 month later to buy the car, then I have to wait for about 4 months to get the car. Charles Lee was very helpful through out the period; he keep me update with the progress; after getting the car, Charles followed up to remind me about the "first 1000Km service". I was very happy with the dedication of personnel at the dealership.
